| Passport Requirements |
Effective January 23th, 2007, all U.S. bound air travellers are required to have a valid passport or a NEXUS Air Card. Travellers heading south for the winter should check their itineraries for possible U.S. stops. The NEXUS Air Card is an electronic card program allowing pre-screened travellers to use an electronic kiosk. This is only available departing Vancouver International Airport.

| Lost & Found |

Commissionaire’s Booth for items lost in the terminal building. They will also check with security in case the items were left there. The commissionaires maintain a log of items reported lost an of found items. Every effort is made to return items to their owners. Unclaimed items will be periodically disposed of by donating those items of value to charitable organizations. Keys, credit card, debit cards and calling cards will be destroyed.
For items left on the aircraft, contact the airline.
For items left in other airports, check their web site for the number to call. The Lost and Found number for Halifax is (902) 873-1039; for Toronto, Terminal 1 & 2 is (416) 776-7749 and for Terminal 3 (416) 776-7751, for Montreal (514) 636-0499 and for Vancouver (604) 276 6104. |
