OFFICIAL RULES "Charlottetown Airport – Lucky 7 Destinations"

1. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Prince Edward Island, Canada who are 18 years of age or older (as of entry date).  Sweepstakes begins 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on April 20, 2009 and ends 11.59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 12, 2009. All entries must be received in conjunction with the rules of the contest by June 12, 2009 in order to be eligible. Officers, directors, representatives and employees of the Charlottetown Airport Authority (Sponsors hereafter) or their respective advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to enter.
   
   
2. To enter you must register on-line at www.flypei.com.  Contestants may only enter once.  After contestants register on-line, they can tune into radio stations, Ocean 100.3 and K-Rock 105.5 weekdays to double their chances of winning.  A “boarding pass” number will be announced on-air.  If the contestant with the matching “boarding pass” number calls in within the designated time frame, he or she will double their chances of winning.  Sponsors reserve the right to change or terminate this Sweepstakes without notice.
   
   
3. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.  Random drawings will be held each week from April 27 – June 12, 2009 by an independent judging organization whose decision concerning all matters related to this Sweepstakes shall be final. Seven (7) winners will be selected and will be notified by phone. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
   
   
4. Prize package includes...
   One $1,000.00 travel voucher to be purchased in the name of the winner with the airline of their choice.  Winners must present valid identification to claim their price. The airline service provider must provide service to the Charlottetown Airport Authority.
   
   
5. All other expenses, including accommodation, meals, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, insurance, additional activities and other stay incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsors are not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from change of travel plans.
   
   
6. The prize is not transferable or refundable and cannot be substituted except by the Sponsors, which reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsors’ sole discretion.
   
   
7. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. By entering or accepting a prize in this Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and all other requirements of Sponsors and other prize providers. The inability of Sponsors to contact any potential winner at the telephone number provided at time of entry within forty-eight hours of selection of such potential winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsors the right to use his/her name, likeness and biographical information in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.  You are not a winner unless your submissions are validated. Sponsors are not responsible for any human or technical errors or for any phone or computer malfunctions.
   
   The winner will have to adhere to the individual terms and conditions of their chosen airline Certificates are non-transferable and void if sold or bartered.  The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited.  Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel.  Once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value.  Certificate travel will not qualify for any airline mileage program.
   
   The Sponsor will purchase the air travel voucher in the winner’s name with the airline of their choice.  The airline carrier must provide service to the Charlottetown Airport.  Each winner has 30 days to choose an airline to which the travel vouchers will go towards.  Additional restrictions may apply.
   
   
8. Entries become the property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsors and those working for them or on their behalf will not be responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged entries, for Internet, computer hardware and software, phone and other technical errors, malfunctions and delays, or for any injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.
   
   
9. All travel is at the winners risk. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, agree to release the Charlottetown Airport Authority and their respective advertising, promotional and judging agencies and their respective officers, directors, representatives and employees from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, death, damages, losses or other liability that may be sustained in connection with the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership, use or misuse of the prize, or while preparing for, participating in, or traveling to or from any prize-related activity.
