Landing charges apply to jet and turboprop
aircraft. Piston aircraft are exempt.
The charges for each landing of an aircraft shall not
be less than the applicable minimum flight landing charge.

on the number of passenger seats, not the actual passengers

crew arriving or departing from the terminal building.
