The Charlottetown Airport Business Park consists of 35 lots comprising of 16.85 hectares (41.6 acres) of prime development land. Areas are developed based on a phased in process of need. Presently lots boarding on either side of Maple Hills Avenue are serviced with electric power, water and sewer. Water quality, flow and pressure meet or exceeds fire protection requirements. High speed internet access is available in the area. Further more there is an additional 27.5 hectares (67.9 acres) of groundside unserviced land available for industrial development.

Airside Lots

There are 5 airside lots providing prospective tenants with direct airside access, ideal for such business dealing with cargo, freight or courier services and general aviation businesses. These lots range in size from 0.33 to 0.68 hectares (0.82 to 1.68 acres).

Groundside Lots

The 30 groundside lots range in size from 0.33 to 3.62 hectares (0.82 to 8.9 acres). There are 4.91 hectares (12.13 acres) of fully serviced land suitable for large scale manufacturing, processing and service industries and 14.55 hectares (35.83 acres) of land adjacent to the Brackley Point Road, providing ample space for future expansion. There is a further 27.5 hectares (67.9 acres) available for future industrial development.

Lease Rates

The rate for airside-access lots is $2.36 m2 ( $0.22 per square foot) per year and the rate for groundside lot is $ 2.00 m2 ($0.19 per square foot) per year.
